Video has become essential for communicating with employees, customers, stakeholders and the public, but producing effective content does not always require a large crew or a major budget. Drawing from his experience managing productions with KPRC 2 and KHOU 11 and working with NFL Films, John Bullock will share how corporate communicators can approach video with a producer’s mindset, starting with a clear purpose and a strong story.

This practical session will explore how to turn business messages into engaging video content, make smart production decisions, and maximize the value of every shoot. Attendees will learn when an internal team can handle a project, when professional support is worth the investment, and how thoughtful planning can improve quality while keeping costs under control.

Key Takeaways:
  • Learn how to identify and develop the human story behind a corporate message.

  • Understand where to invest, where to simplify, and how to produce stronger video content within a realistic budget.

  • Discover how to plan one video shoot that generates multiple assets for internal communications, social media, websites, recruiting, public relations, and other channels.

Speaker: John Bullock, Media Manager
