Why should you or your clients take the time and resources to step back and measure the effectiveness of your work? An audit is an opportunity to take a 360° look at your current communication activities and invite perspectives from a wide array of internal and external stakeholders. By conducting an audit, you should expect to uncover what works, what doesn’t work, perception gaps, red flags and what really matters to your key audiences – and AI can help. Your audit results will help you create a roadmap that strategically prioritizes efforts, justifies technology investments, and drives positive business outcomes.
Attendees will walk away from this session knowing more about:
- Why a communications audit is important and how to make the business case for it
- What to expect from an audit and how AI can optimize turnaround time
- How to use the results strategically once the audit is complete
