The trend in favor of remote work has stalled, with huge organizations like Amazon, Dell Computer, the federal government and countless others mandating a return to work in the office. We'll discuss why remote work has faded in popularity as a workplace option and the implications of a physical return to the office for organizations and the workforce, and whether a five-day return to the office is even the right choice for some organizations. We'll also examine the daunting change management challenge organizations face in reengaging employees.
